Founded in 1897 and noted for its medium bodied fruity, malty and spicy distillate. This whisky was matured in an ex-wine barrique for added richness and apple orchard notes.

The cask yielded only 311 bottles and it was bottled at natural cask strength 54.6%

Founded in 1878 in Rothes and recognised for a lighter spirit character with floral and malty notes. This whisky was matured in an ex-wine barrique for added depth and richness.

The cask yielded only 339 bottles and it was bottled at natural cask strength 56.5%

Founded on the island of Mull in 1798. Ledaig is the peated spirit Tobermory produces with rich, sweet and peaty character. Finished in a Refill Tawny Port Barrique for added richness with notes of caramel

and Hazelnut.

The cask yielded only 183 bottles and it was bottled at natural cask strength 48.9%

Overlooking the Cromarty Firth and one of Scotland’s largest distilleries that adopts continuous distillation to produce a lighter style. Matured in a refill Bourbon barrel for sweet notes of vanilla.

Founded in 1896 and noted for adopting a longer than average fermentation time resulting in a light, sweet and fruity distillate. This cask was matured in an ex-wine barrique for added richness..

The tasting revealed, Toffee Apple, Medjool date and Sherbert

A fruity, floral and spice distillate. Matured in a HHD then finished in first fill ex-Tawny Port cask from Josafer Bodega.

The cask yielded only 142 bottles and it was bottled at natural cask strength 56.30%

The tasting revealed - Boozy fruit cake, cloves and Hazelnut

Recognized for a sweet medium bodied distillate with  distinct grassy and floral notes. Matured for  13 years in a Hogshead finished an ex Islay Octave.

DISTILLED 30th Jan 2015 AND BOTTLED 17th Aug 2021

Nose

Opens with a sweet and savoury character reminiscent of candied bacon and frazzles crisps. Time in the glass unlocks a more floral style with an intriguing mix of cut grass and beach bonfire.

Palate

A sophisticated citrus style leads the way with notes of red grapefruit, candied orange and dark rum soaked sultanas. Sweet peat is a constant as well as salted crackers and peppery oak.

Finish

The sweetness fades leaving lingering smoke, spice and ashy peat. Now more herbal notes emerge with fennel, star anise and caramelised nuts all wrapped in a creamy smoke blanket.

Founded in 1958 overlooking the River Spey and acclaimed for producing a fruity and light distillate. The delicate spirit was matured in a Refill Barrel adding layers of vanilla and chocolate sweetness.

DISTILLED 19th Jan 2011 AND BOTTLED 13th Sept 2021

Nose

A bright and fresh breakfast style whisky with notes of toasted bread, white peach, vanilla and pink grapefruit. There’s also a slight salt tang suggesting nots of cashew nuts and honeydew melon.

Palate

The first taste is quite sweet with vanilla wafers, dried apple skins and white chocolate. This then evolves to spiced orchard fruit and a toasted oak character. There is also a hint of smoke that leads the mind to think of an earthy, woody spice feeling.

Finish

Short but very clean and refreshing. Orange barley sugar sweets, dried banana and a desiccated coconut character. The toasted bread note returns but this time spread with lemon curd and orange marmalade.
