Glencairn glasses are an excellent accompaniment to any Whisky tasting because their bell shape allows for complex Whisky aromas to be trapped in the glass making them ideal for nosing and sipping. They also have the added benefit that if the glass tips over all of the spirit doesn't splash out!

We have bottled another release in our Warehouse Sweeper's Choice series. This time we have a fantastic Peated Highland finished in a first fill ex Pedro Ximénez octave. 

We decided on the name Warehouse Sweeper's Choice based on the fact that we are all hands on in the bottling hall, and we are all involved in selecting which casks to release. Expect apple pie, BBQ sauce and Black Forest gateau.
