The Story Behind SBK

At Hannah Whisky Merchants, we’ve always believed that great whisky is about more than what’s in the glass – it’s about history, place, and the relationships that shape every release.

Nestled in Dalgety Bay, Fife, our team has been sourcing, maturing, and bottling Scotch whisky since 2012 under our Lady of the Glen brand. Over time, we’ve developed strong ties with Scotland’s finest distilleries, bodegas, and cooperages, giving us access to incredible spirit and casks to work with.

One of our proudest projects is the St Bridget’s Kirk (SBK) series, named after a 700-year-old landmark close to our home. The range celebrates the art of blending while staying true to our values: non-chill filtered, no added colouring, and crafted for character.

• Red Label – Long matured blends of Grain and Malt whisky from Scotland’s finest distilleries.
• Blue Label – Exclusively crafted from Single Malts, carefully selected for balance and depth.
• Tawny Label – Inspired by Spain’s solera system, a three-cask process delivering consistent, exceptional malt whisky.
