Glencairn glasses are an excellent accompaniment to any Whisky tasting because their bell shape allows for complex Whisky aromas to be trapped in the glass making them ideal for nosing and sipping. They also have the added benefit that if the glass tips over all of the spirit doesn't splash out!

The Inaugural release for 2023

We are welcoming 2023 with a unique little octave ahead of the official outruns starting in February.

DISTILLED 30th Jan 2015 AND BOTTLED 23rd Jan 2023

The cask yielded only 51 bottles and it was bottled at natural cask strength of 59.6%

A peaty distillate matured in a refill hogshead before being finished for over 18 months in a refill Pedro Ximenez octave from Josafer.

The tasting revealed dried seaweed, cinnamon roll and dark chocolate
